One day someone will find me and think...Aaahhhh...That is what is missing...
One day someone will find you and think the exact same thing...
If you found that person for yourself-say so hold on don't loose nerve! Do everything in your power to have what you've been missing!
When people think of a business they usually think of a man running the company and are sometimes a little taken aback when a woman runs a large business, but according to a recent study, there are twice as many women starting their own businesses to men.

You can remind me of who I really am... I've got your t-shirt on... :-)
Love-Thoughts
Love... We think about it, sing about it, dream about it, lose sleep worrying about it. When we don't have it, we search for it; when we discover it, we don't know what to do with it; when we have it, we fear losing it. It is the constant source of pleasure and pain. But we can't predict which it will be from one moment to the next. It is a short word, easy to spell, difficult to define, impossible to live without

Dear God, thank you
Baby Brooklyn went home tonight and still has to go back to the hospital but the fact that she is not at the hospital to me says they feel she is well enough to be and go home. I'm so thankful for all the prayers everyone said for her! Makes me feel good to know I have people who believe in God in my life.
Dear God-thank you!

General
I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings...Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers (& sisters), I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind me and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

So sad to hear about Japan
Let's please pause and send prayers, blessing, love and any kind of help and support possible to the people and families of Japan. They have been hit with the harsh reality of one of the most devastating natural disasters in recorded history and need as much support as possible during this time. Please find it in your heart to do something

When I reflect
The God who created, names, and numbers the stars in the heavens also numbers the hairs of my head…. He pays attention to very big things and to very small ones. What matters to Him, and that changes my life.
Stand outside this evening. Look at the stars. Know that you are special and loved by the One who created them.
God is every moment aware of each one of us. Totally aware in intense concentration and love; No one passes through any area of life, happy or tragic, without the attention of God.

Speak the Word; God’s Word Has Your Answer!
You can open your life to God’s best and defeat the enemy in every area by speaking His Word over your situations and circumstances.
WISDOM
I am filled with the knowledge of the Lord’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; I am a new creation in Christ; I am His workmanship created in Christ Jesus. Because of this. I have His wisdom and my decisions are ordered of Him.
(Colossians 1:9; Corinthians 5:17; 1 Corinthians 2:16)
JOY
I will have joy by the answers of my mouth so today I speak His words of power. I will enter into the joy fo the Lord today.
(Proverbs 15:23; Matthew 25:23; 11Corinthians 1:24)
HEALTH
The Lord sent His Word and healed me an delivered me from all destruction. I serve the Lord and He blesses my food and drink; He takes away sickness from me and my family; He heals all our diseases.
(Psalms 103:3, 107:20, Exodus 23:25)
SAFETY
I hear the voice of the Lord through His Word. Therefore, I dwell safely and am quiet from fear of evil. (Proverbs 1:33)
FAMILY
God has sent before me life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore I choose life; that both my seed and I may live. I know that my home shall be in peace and my seed shall be great and my offspring as the grass of the earth. The wicked are overthrown, and are not; but my house shall stand.
(Deuteronomy 30:19; Job 5:24-25; Proverbs 12:7)
FAVOR
I thank you, Father, that you surround me with favor as with a shield and therefore I have favor with my family and coworkers and also with all the people I come in contact with today.
(Psalms 5:12)
LEADERS
Our nation, pastors, and churches are blessed because our God is the Lord and we are the people He has chosen for his inheritance.
(Psalms 33:12)

How to Lead Small Group Bible Study Effectively~Great Information-
Small groups or Cell groups are essential part of christian church or community. Today, almost every church has its small group bible study. However, it is not at all a newly found concept. Jesus himself had his own small group of 12 people And although he had much larger community of followers, he invested majority of time and efforts in the lives of these few people.
Leading small groups can be one of the most exciting and satisfying experience of your christian life. You can really influence and impact your group members. Today, we are going to discuss principles to effectively leading small group bible study. You may be leading students, married couples, men, women, teenagers, youth, or any age group, these principles remain the same. So here are some of the key principles for leading a bible study small group.
1. Know Your bible study Group:
Know every member of your small group. Show genuine interest and care for them.
Names are extremely important. There is nothing more pleasing to ears than our name. You must know every member of your group by name.
If there is a new member or visitor, make sure that you acknowledge him and introduce to the group.
If you have more than 2-3 visitors, you can take some time for the introduction with some fun questions or game. (Like, what is the weirdest food, you have ever had?…)
2. Preparation:
Preparation is the most important part of leading bible study group.
There is nothing more painful than to see under prepared bible study leader. I am amazed to see that people spend so much time on assignments or job at school or workplace, yet when it comes to leading a group, they are so under-prepared!
Prepare well, spend lot of time in the Word of God.
Don’t think that since it is a discussion, you don’t have to work as hard as ‘Preaching’!
Write down your thoughts, ideas, notes, questions, answers… I don’t know about you, but I can not remember everything. Writing notes will also be helpful in future bible studies.
Note down the questions. Don’t just ask, “What do you think about this verse?” Form a question from that verse. Rephrase the question.
If you use study guides for preparation, use it as a guide only! You don’t have to exactly follow them. (After all, they are just a guidelines!)
You can use bible dictionary, commentary, but use your own insight also. (Make your own commentary!)
3. Be Creative and Imaginative:
Be creative in your discussions and questions.
Visualize the situation.
Use maps, whiteboards, games, time lines.
Give some small assignment, quiz or fun group activity to the group, keep the engaged.
4. Facilitator and Not a Preacher:
Remember that you are not a preacher, you are facilitator of the discussion group. Make sure that you don’t keep talking.
Communicate your questions well, rephrase it if possible.
Don’t let it be silent for long time, give hints, ask individuals.
5. Equal Opportunity:
Make sure that every one participates in the discussion.
You will always find few people, more responsive than others.
But, don’t let it be discussion between just 2-3 persons. Ask individual, remembering names will be useful here.
You will often be surprised to hear insight from people who generally remain quiet.
Remember that silence does not always mean non-participation.
6. Diversion:
Many times, you will find the discussion being side tracked or distracted in particular topic.
Use your judgment, to continue or bring the group back to the main idea or passage.
If there is some major important issue, let the discussion continue. The idea is to learn here and not stick to the passage.
7. Time Management:
25-30 minutes of bible study time is perfect. Don’t make it too long.
Don’t let the group loose focus.
If there is some important theological discussion going on, you can conclude bible study, but continue the discussion, so that those who need to leave can go.
Don’t try to finish the passage because you run out of time. You can continue next week. (So many times, I have seen leader’s finishing the passage or topic suddenly, so that they don’t have to lead next week.) Again, good preparation will be helpful here.
8. Finish Strong:
Spend enough time in the application of the word.
Challenge your group for the not only ‘learner of the word but the doer of the word’.
Don’t make it too emotional. After all, the things that will stay with the group is not the emotion, but the teaching.
Encourage them for personal bible study.

Best Friend had her 5th baby
I feel like I'm living Vi-curiously at times through my BEST friend April....
She just had her 5th baby a little girl who is so beautiful
she named her Brooklyn, I would like to think that I helped pick out her name since I loved Brooklyn and said I love that name :-)
I wish she lived next door to me so I could just see her each and every day. It would be great to have the kids close to me I would love to babysit on date nights and have family outings more often.
It's 1:40 am I am awake and I wish I was asleep and could go see all of them first thing in the morning. I really do miss her and have such cute things to give her -_-
